No problem! You can add extra pounds to your regular service for $4.50 per pound. This will be automatically calculated and added to your next bill. You can also upgrade your plan at any time through your account.
You can add special care instructions in the app when scheduling your pickup. For delicate items, we recommend using our separate "Delicates Bag" which you can request for free. We follow care labels and use appropriate washing methods for different fabric types.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule through the app or website up to 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time without any penalty. For last-minute changes, please contact our customer service team.
